The Conrad family of hotels includes some of the most impressive luxury hotel properties in the world. We had the opportunity to work with them on various properties, including their Miami location, which features unique F&B offerings and the ultra-luxurious SPA @ Conrad. The launch campaigns included a brand identity, localized guerrilla tactics, and social media components. The resulting campaigns created a unique brand value proposition for the property and played a significant role in the property’s F&B recognition as Miami’s “Best Night Spot” by ELLE Magazine.
